PINOKENT&NET is operated by PINOK STAKE LIMITED ("PINOK", "we", "us"). PINOKENT&NET is an events and community platform where organisers publish events, sell or give away tickets, and members connect, chat and network. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and enter a contract with PINOK STAKE LIMITED.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
• send spam, harass, threaten or impersonate other members;
• post content that infringes anyone's intellectual property rights;
• introduce malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the service without permission;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical limits.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse service, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

The service can generate event descriptions using AI. You are responsible for the details you provide, for reviewing and verifying any generated text before publishing it, and for having the rights to any content you submit. AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional advice. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringers may lose access.

We own the service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation and PINOK branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep ownership of the content you post; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Paid tickets, subscriptions (Organiser Pro, Connect Premium), featured listings and sponsorships are sold through our payment provider. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change over time.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends, we may delete your data after a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over disputes. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
